Emails are not arriving

1. 1Check spam and any promotions tab.
2. 2Search your mailbox for borrowportal.net rather than for the subject line.
3. 3Add help@borrowportal.net to your contacts.
4. 4Confirm the address on your profile is the one you are checking.

If your address previously hard-bounced it may be suppressed at the provider. Write to us from a different address and we will clear it.
