Something came back damaged

1. 1Photograph the damage before anything else.
2. 2Raise it in the request thread within 48 hours of the return.
3. 3Agree a repair or replacement directly if you can.
4. 4If you cannot, report it to help@borrowportal.net and we will mediate.

Wear from normal use is not damage. A blunted blade on a saw you lent for a deck build is the cost of lending a saw.
